The Ivanna Eudora Kean High School, also known as Nazareth, Eudora Kean, or simply Kean, or IEKHS is a public high school located on the island St. Thomas in the United States Virgin Islands at 6501 Red Hook Plaza, Suite 3. It serves students that live in the countryside area of the island. Its rival is the Charlotte Amalie High School, also known as the Chickenhawks. As of the 2007-2008 school year, Ivanna Eudora Kean High served 989 students
It also serves students that reside on the island of St. John because it lacks a full high school. Most St. Johnian students attend the Julius E. Sprauve School located in Cruz Bay, St. John until grade 9. The school runs on block scheduling, with four 90 minute class blocks a day. It also runs on a semester calendar, with students changing classes at around the last few days of January. School typically begins on the last Friday in August, after orientation.
